📦 Processing Times

  • All items are handmade to order.

  • Standard processing time: 3–7 business days (not including weekends or holidays).

  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales, vendor events), processing may take longer.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order size and destination.

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • Orders over $60 ship FREE (U.S. only).

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

🌍 International Shipping

  • At this time, we [do/do not] ship internationally.

    • (If you’d like, I can create two versions: one with international shipping details and one without.)

📩 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

❗ Delays & Issues

  • LexyysDesigns is not responsible for delays caused by carriers (weather, holidays, etc.).

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages once marked Delivered by the carrier.

  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us—we’ll do our best to assist.
